TAXATION / COMPENSATION
We provide valuation advice for taxation purposes, including Capital Gains Tax and have been involved in a number of compensation claims against both Government Departments and Statutory Undertakers.

INDEPENDENT EXPERT VALUATIONS
We have been involved in a number of Independent Expert valuations and reported in accordance with RICS Guidelines. In this sort of work, experience counts for a great deal, and there is no shortage of this within Malcolm Stuart Property Consultants LLP. We have given advice in negligence claims and also acted in matrimonial proceedings, either as a single Independent Expert, or a jointly appointed Independent Expert. We have also been appointed in a number of other disputes relating to property in order to give advice specifically in relation to the problem but, perhaps more importantly, to take a pragmatic approach in the overall settlement of the dispute to the best advantage of the client.
