Appeals & Advice
We are involved in a number of commercial rating cases and giving advice as to how to reduce and minimise rates liability. We are governed by the RICS and the RICS Code of Rating Consultancy and we will not submit appeals on your behalf until we have fully investigated the property and level of assessment. In general, our fee basis is on a success-related basis with no fees up front and our accounts only submitted after you have received the rebate from the Local Authority.
Unoccupied Rating Advice
We have become fairly specialised in giving unoccupied rating advice, which can minimise your liability for what is, we believe, an unfair tax and again, our fees are based on a percentage of savings.
